How do I wear it?
It sits on the upper curve of the ear — a small loop resting on the fold, with nothing on the lobe. Slip it on, adjust it once so it feels secure, and wear it through your day.
When do I use it?
Wherever you need a moment: at your desk, on a flight, or at the end of a long day. Keep your Calm Point close and make time to come back to yourself.
Is it comfortable to wear?
It is designed to be worn quietly through the day. If it ever feels tight, reposition it to a spot that feels natural — it should sit lightly, not dig in.

How do I look after it?
Wipe it gently with a soft, dry cloth, and keep it in its Calm Point case when you are not wearing it.
